Returns on orders can be made if they are claimed within 15 days of receiving the order. Return claims for orders with defects or shortages must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. All returns require that the product(s) be in the same condition as received with all components present in original packaging and no damages. An order can only be refunded once the products have been received by our company. For returns of any case, the buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee and the product return shipping charges.
